Nausea and Vomiting

GINGER HONEY TEA

Ingredient Functions:

  • Ginger: good for cough, alleviates vomiting, warms stomach, promotes urination, reduces edema

  • Honey: harmonizes, warms, and strengthens stomach

Instructions:

1)       Bring 1-2 cups of water to boil

2)       Dice 2 slices of ginger and place in drinking cup

3)       Add 1 teaspoon of honey

4)       Add hot water

5)       Stir ingredients

6)       Wait until tea is cool enough to drink
